Meet our Wonderful Team of Experienced Therapists


Sharon started her private practice in 2003, after returning from working overseas for 8 years as a speech and language therapist. Sharon worked in community health, hospitals and education settings in NSW before heading to the UK to combine her two passions; traveling and speech pathology. Sharon worked in England, Scotland, Wales and The Channel Islands in a variety of positions from community Health Centres to Special Education settings (mild intellectual impairment, moderate to severe intellectual impairment, general global/developmental delay, ASD, Speech and Language impairment).  Sharon has also creates and sells digital speech therapy resources on line, as ‘The Speechie from Oz’. Sharon has two children and with a busy work-life schedule understands the juggling needed within busy family lives.


Thea graduated with a Bachelor of Speech Pathology

Elizabeth has been with Time to Talk since 2017. She has had much experience working with children with a range of abilities including children with ASD and with other complex support needs. Elizabeth is interested in linguistics and has a Master of Science in Developmental Linguistics earned at the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.  She has training in PECS and Hanen (It Takes Two to Talk).  Elizabeth is a dedicated therapist who is willing to go above and beyond for her clients. She is calm and methodical in her approach – but your child will have fun while learning in their sessions.


Cherryn is an extremely experienced therapist who graduated with a Speech Pathology degree from Cumberland College of Health Sciences (Sydney) several decades ago. In addition to raising four children she has worked as a Speech Pathologist in Sydney, and coastal and
country NSW. Most of her Speech Pathology career has been with children and
their families and she has had extensive experience over the years working with children with a range of disabilities. Cherryn’s caring nature will help your child feel comfortable in their sessions. She also works very well with parents to ensure they get the most out of their sessions. Cherryn’s interests include co-parenting her fur baby with her husband; parkrun on Saturdays, church on Sundays; and chatting to her two little granddaughters anytime on video chat.


Genevieve has joined Time to Talk part time, while completing her PhD at The University of Queensland.  Genevieve is a dedicated and passionate therapist who strives to deliver her clients the best care. Genevieve’s vibrant and positive nature encourages her clients to achieve their best whilst still enjoying their sessions. Genevieve is conversationally fluent in Vietnamese and, as a student, completed a clinical placement in Vietnam. She is confident with supporting culturally diverse families.  Outside of work and study, Genevieve participates in singing and acting; and enjoys volunteering in her spare time.
